Lemon Tagliolini with Shrimp

A taste of Amalfi

2 Portions

Cooking Time: 45 minutes

1 pack of Tarall’oro Tagliolini al Limone 250gr

½ tablespoon of salt

1-2 garlic cloves, chopped

2 tablespoons of olive oil

½ cup of shrimp, deveined

1/3 cup of butter

1/3 cup of white wine (optional)

1/4 cup of parsley, minced (optional)

1/3 cup of reserved water from cooked pasta

  1. Add olive oil and chopped garlic to a pan. Cook on high until oil starts to boil. Do not let the garlic burn.
  2. Add the shrimp and white wine to the pan and let cook on medium high. Stir occasionally and add the butter. Reduce to low heat once the shrimp are cooked.
  3. Add salt to a pot of boiling water and then add the pasta. Cook until al-dente.
  4. Add reserved water to the pan of shrimp.
  5. Add drained pasta to pan and mix contents together.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
